What does gastropub mean? It means the relaxed neighborhoodly sensibilities expected of the iconic British pubs, but configured for the current amalgam of American tastes in food and beverages. And Culinary Dropout has found a niche, now with 16 national locations.
There's no bangers and mash, or boiled vegetables; it's a good deal more gastro-friendly. Specifically, as Linda has configured for group tastes and family-style access:
